Basic Triggers

SMART Triggers

State or Edge Qualified Triggers on any input source only if a defined state or edge occurred on another input source. Delay between sources is selectable by time or events.
Qualified First In Sequence acquisition mode, triggers repeatably on event B only if a defined pattern, state, or edge (event A) is satisfied in the first segment of the acquisition. Holdoff between sources is selectable by time or events.
Dropout Triggers if signal drops out for longer than selected time between 1 ns and 20 s.
Pattern Logic combination (AND, NAND, OR, NOR) of 5 inputs (4 channels and external trigger input). Each source can be high, low, or don’t care. The High and Low level can be selected independently. Triggers at start or end of the pattern.
 

SMART Triggers with Exclusion Technology

Glitch Triggers on positive or negative glitches with widths selectable as low as 200ps (depending on oscilloscope bandwidth) to 20 s, or on intermittent faults.
Width (Signal or Pattern) Triggers on positive, negative, or both widths with widths selectable as low as 200ps (depending on oscilloscope bandwidth) to 20 s, or on intermittent faults.

高い汎用性

従来、4GHzを超える帯域のオシロスコープは、その帯域を確保することができる50Ω入力のみを備え、パッシブ・プローブなど汎用的なプローブの接続には、高インピーダンス変換アダプタの使用が必要となっていましたが、 WavePro 7Zi-Aシリーズでは高インピーダンス入力を標 準装備とし、また、ミックスド・シグナル・オプションに対応しているので、幅広いアプリケーションに簡単に対応で きます。

帯域幅アップグレードが可能:1.5〜6GHz

すべてのWavePro 7Zi-Aシリーズのオシロスコープは、単一のハードウェア・プラットフ ォームで設計されています。1.5〜6GHzの全帯域に渡ってアップグレードが最小のコス トで可能です。

X-Stream IIストリーミング・アーキテクチャ
X-Stream IIストリーミング・アーキテクチャでは、複数の100Mポイント波形(またはそれ以上の波形)を、オシロスコープで同時に処理するときでも、データ処理能力を高く 保つことを保証します。X-Stream IIでは、アクセス速度が速いCPUキャッシュメモリの使用効率を上げるために、波形データをキャッシュに合わせた可変長の波形セグメン トに分割して処理することで、ボトルネックとなるメイン メモリのアクセスを最小回数に抑えるので、計算速度が向上します。その結果、他のオシロスコープと比べて10〜100倍の処理速度が実現されます。

ロング・メモリ処理の最適化

X-Stream IIストリーミング・アーキテクチャでは、64ビットのオペレーティング・システムが広大なメモリ領域をリニアに扱えるので、 ロングメモリの波形データも制限なく取り扱うことが出来ます。 また、波形データをCPUキャッシュ・メモリに収まるサイズの可変長セグメントに分割できるため、解析の種類に関わらず、 実質的に解析メモリの長さに関する制限がありません。従来のアーキテクチャによる他のオシロスコープではこのような特性がサポートされず、 通常、最適な条件下でも解析メモリの長さは捕捉メモリの長さの5〜20%に制限されます。

応答性の最適化

WavePro 7Zi-Aシリーズでは、動的にバッファを割り当てることにより、演算処理の効率化を図ることで、フロント・パネルの応答性を最大化しています。また、フロント・パネルのコントロールの変更が行われると、実行中の処理が中断され、変更後の設定が即座に反映されます。また、波形のプレビューでは最終演算結果が表示されるまで、一時的に中間計算結果を表示し、スムーズな操作性を支援します。

WaveScanには、異常イベント検出とソフトウェア・トリガ機能の両方が備わっています。 異常イベント検出ロングメモリを活かしてシングル・ショットで捕捉した波形の中の異常イベントを約30種類 (オプションでさらに増えます)の検索モードと検索条件を指定して検出することができます。検出された異常イベントが、 画面上にハイライト表示され、該当するイベントを一覧で確認できます。 一覧表示内のイベントをクリックすると、その箇所にジャンプします。
Trigger Scan (異常波形を捕捉するプログラマブルトリガ)
