1. シーケンスモード (標準搭載)
短短時間に連続する多数の高速パルスや、長時間に間欠的に発生する信号を効率的に捕捉します。

2. ヒストリ・モード(標準搭載)
ドライブレコーダのように、取り込みを停止させる前に捕捉された瞬間的な異常イベントを、過去にさかのぼって分離し、問題の原因をすばやく発見することができます。

3. 波形検索機能─WaveScan (標準搭載)
ラントやグリッチなどの異常波形や立ち上がり時間などの条件で検索します。また、波形更新中に目的波形を見つけると、更新を停止することもできます。

4. 波形演算とパラメータ計測(標準搭載)
波形の一部分を測定対象にするゲートや測定データを時系列波形に変換するトレンド機能、分布状況を表すヒストグ ラムなど多角的な解析を可能にします。また1MポイントのFFTは幅広い周波数スパンでのスペクトル解析を可能に します。
5. 開発を支える様々なプローブに対応(オプション)
上位機種と共通のプローブ・インタフェースにより、多くのプローブがサポートされ、高電圧、高周波、電流、差動信号を非常にフレキシブルに測定できます。
