With a lineage dating back to the 1930s, Teledyne LeCroy Test Services (TLTS), a division of Teledyne Technologies, Inc., has a reputation for high-quality, cost-effective products and technical support services. We have provided equipment and analytical services for use in hostile environments, including temperatures greater than 550 degrees C and ocean depths of 7 kilometers.

Our transducers are found in highly diverse applications such as on the Space Shuttle robotic arm, deep-sea oil-drilling risers, natural-gas storage tanks, automobile test vehicles and nuclear power plant valves. For nearly two decades Teledyne LeCroy Test Services has been a pioneer in the development of measurement and analysis tools used to obtain accurate and reliable valve test data. These tools include patented sensors that are easy to install, thus reducing personnel exposure and test time. These sensors, coupled with the powerful QUIKLOOK 3.5-FS data acquisition hardware and software, make Teledyne's MOV, AOV, and CHK Valve Test Systems second to none.

Teledyne LeCroy Test Services also offers industry-unique MOV, AOV, and CHK Valve calculation engines and databases to automate design margin analysis, actuator setup and many other trending and analysis tasks required of the Nuclear Valve Engineer.

          Teledyne LeCroy Test Services (TLTS) maintains a Quality Assurance Program that is structured on the requirements of Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Appendix B and ASME NQA-1-2008, Add. NQA-1a-2009 with 10 CFR Part 21 reporting responsibility. TLTS provides the nuclear industry with safety related SMARTSTEMs, strain gage sensors, Motor Operated Valve and Air Operated Valve testing and diagnostic equipment, engineering services, and safety related software.

          TLTS classifies individual products, components, and/or services as commercial, safety related and or commercial grade based on the requirements. Our Quality Assurance program is invoked on products and services that are classified by TLTS as safety related. Verification and Validation process results may be used to classify products as safety related. If no Quality Assurance requirements, standards, codes, or regulations are noted on a customer’s purchase order, these orders are processed as commercial items.

          The program assures full compliance with the requirements of the nuclear power industry for both safety-related and commercial grade products. The current program revision is Quality Assurance Manual 4th Edition Rev. 3, dated December 12, 2024.
