OakGate 8-Bay LITE Modules for the R300-G5 Rackmount and DE200-G5 Desktop Appliances for PCI Express® Gen6 are a cost—effective way to test and debug solid -state NVMe drives (SSDs). Modules are available to support all popular storage interfaces. The 8-Bay Modules can be easily swapped in/out.

Cost optimized for scalable deployments the Lite Modules deliver essential NVMe validation capabilities, including standard protocol testing, per slot power cycling, PERST control, and sideband management. Available in standard SSD form factors, they minimize total cost of ownership without compromising validation rigor or test coverage. The module resides in the front compartment of the OakGate appliance and allows testing of up to eight SSDs.

The OakGate Storage Validation Framework (SVF) software, supplied with the appliance, can exercise each SSD individually, as well as provide built-in power cycling and power measurement capabilities. The robust SVF software, now in its fifth generation, offers a comprehensive set of testing features and capabilities. Enduro with SVF supports a broad range of capabilities including deep protocol inspection and analysis, high performance traffic generation, full performance characterization, error injection, advanced test automation and power cycling. The new OakGate Gen 6 platforms offer power measurements and power cycling, all under software control.
