シリアル・パターン・トリガ
SDA 7Zi-Aシリーズには、80ビットのパターン・トリガが標準装備されています。SDA 760ZiとSDA 740Ziには最高2.7 Gb/s、SDA 735ZiとSDA 725Ziには最高1.25 Gb/sの高速パターン・トリガ・オプションが搭載されています。これら2種類のパターン・トリガは、リカバリ・クロックとデータが出力することができます。
8b/10bデコーダ
レクロイの強力8b/10bデコーダは、8b/10bの信号のデコードとイベント検索をサポートしています。また、デコード機能はSAS, SATA , PCI-Express, XAUI,ユーザ定義の5種類プロトコルデコードに対応しており、ユーザ独自の定義ファイルでデコードすることもできます。マルチレーン解析に対応しており、最高4chを同時にデコードすることができます。
SSC解析機能
レクロイ独自の長い捕捉メモリと高速サンプリング・レートは、拡散スペクトル・クロック(SSC)で転送されたデータ内の詳細情報を表示するのに最適です。今日の設計でSSCが使用される理由は、その低い変調周波数とノイズ低減効果にあります。波形メモリ全体にすばやくアクセスして、変調効果を確認することができます。
ISIプロット(符号間干渉解析機能)
ISIプロットは、符号間干渉の影響を分析するためのツールで、任意のデータパターン(3〜10bit)が信号に与える影響を分離・比較することができます。ISIプロットは、データ依存性ジッタ(DetaDependentJitter)のみを反映したアイ・パターンを描くことができるため、伝送路の影響によるアイパターンの劣化を正確に測定する事ができます。また、ISIプロットはランダムパターンからDDjを測定することができるため、システム・デバッグに最も適したツールと言えます。
マスク・バイオレーション・ロケータ(エラー・ロケータ)
マスク・バイオレーション・ロケータ(エラー・ロケータ)は、マスクに対する違反箇所を、カラー・スポットで表示します。このカラー・スポットは、波形データがマスク・テンプレートと
接触するすべてのポイントに表示されます。マスク・エラー・ロケータは、エラー箇所をリストアップし、エラー波形を呼び出すことができます。これにより、通常のアイパターン解析では把握できない「エラーした瞬間の波形」を表示することができるため、ISI(符号間干渉)の解析に威力を発揮します。エラー・ロケータはエラーした瞬間の他のチャンネルの信号を表示することができるため、エラーした瞬間の機器の動作を把握することができます。
